Processing Times

Most CAMA items are handmade or made to order.
Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Australia

Orders are shipped via Australia Post unless otherwise stated.
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and postal delays.

Once your order has been posted, you will receive tracking details via email.

Local Pickup (Taylors Hill)

Local pickup is available from Taylors Hill, VIC.
You will receive a notification with collection instructions once your order is ready.

Shipping Delays

CAMA is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional postage fees to be resent.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist.
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
