Processing Times
Most CAMA items are handmade or made to order. Please allow 7–14 working days for production before your order is shipped. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Within Australia
Orders are shipped via Australia Post unless otherwise stated. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and postal delays. Once your order has been posted, you will receive tracking details via email.
Local Pickup (Taylors Hill)
Local pickup is available from Taylors Hill, VIC. You will receive a notification with collection instructions once your order is ready.
International Shipping
CAMA currently ships to New Zealand, Canada, and the United States via Australia Post International Standard. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided as a guide only.
United Kingdom Orders
We're happy to arrange UK delivery on a made-to-order basis. Simply contact us with the item(s) you'd like, and we'll send you a link to complete your purchase through our Etsy shop, where UK VAT is calculated and included automatically at checkout.
International orders are shipped on the basis that any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or VAT charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority or postal carrier upon delivery. We recommend checking your country's import requirements before placing an order.
Shipping Delays
CAMA is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional postage fees to be resent.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist. If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
