Refund & Returns Policy

At CAMA, many items are handmade or made to order. Please read the following before purchasing.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom or personalised products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cama@outlook.com.au with your order number and clear photos.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Handmade & 3D Printed Items

Small variations, layer lines, or minor imperfections are normal with handmade and 3D printed products and are not considered faults.
