At CAMA, every order is made just for you — so the process starts with a conversation, not a shopping cart. Here's everything you need to know.
How it works
1. Shop or send your idea
Browse our ready-to-customise products and order directly online, or get in touch with a photo, sketch, logo or simply describe what you're after. There are no silly ideas — if you can imagine it, we can most likely make it.
2. We'll send you a quote
We'll come back to you within 24 hours with a custom price based on your design. No obligation, no pressure.
3. Pay and we'll get started
Because every piece is made to order, full payment is required before we begin production. Once payment is received we'll get straight to work.
4. Made and shipped to you
Your order is made right here in Taylors Hill, Victoria and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Prefer to collect? Free local pickup is available.

A few things to know
- Full payment is required before production begins — this is standard for all custom made-to-order products
- Please allow 3–5 business days for production, plus shipping time
- Once production has begun, changes cannot be made — so we'll always confirm your design before starting
- Custom products are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the item
